From being on welfare, to traveling the world as a beauty executive.
Here’s the story —
Hi, I’m Judy Pham a certified personal development coach and beauty educator. I have a gift of perception that allows me to see people’s strengths and infinite worth that they may not see in themselves. I’ve used this gift to excel in corporate beauty but after losing my brother to suicide, I’ve left corporate with a purpose to help others discover their self-worth and to help them shift their stories to strengths that can change the world.
Born and raised by immigrant parents, my life transformed from being on welfare to living a life as a beauty executive and traveling the world. This started from a desire to be more beautiful. As a child, I was comparing myself with others. I was different. I looked different. I thought differently and I knew I was not what people considered society’s “beauty standards.”
Perhaps that’s why I had a passion for beauty: because I wanted to learn everything about being more “beautiful.” What I learned was that it didn't change the way I felt about myself. I still didn’t feel more attractive, desirable, or lovable. During my adolescence, I constantly compared myself to the more tall, more developed, and attractive teenagers so I did the unimaginable for a girl who was trying to fit in. I chopped off my hair and that started the journey of self-discovery.
It’s been a long process and through a lot of inner work, I have discovered and owned my inherent self-worth.
Welcome to New York —
At twenty years old, I packed my bags and moved to New York City with nothing but a dream and manifested a life that I’ve envisioned – a fulfilling career in the beauty industry.
With over twenty years in the beauty industry working for several top beauty companies such as Dior, Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beauté, and Hermes, I have coached hundreds of women on the science and secrets of skin, facial techniques, makeup artistry as well as sales and leadership development.
I have a passion for beauty and spirituality and believe that all the latest skincare technologies and makeup trends can only enhance your beauty temporarily. It’s when your inner power is activated and unleashed is when others can see your TRUE beauty.
“Beauty is not skin deep, it’s soul deep.”
Evidence-based Approaches —
Since then, I’ve left corporate with the purpose to guide others to discover their self-worth and reach their highest potential. My coaching program was developed through research and evidence-based approaches from Columbia University. Integrating neuroscience, cognitive psychology, positive psychology, and spiritual psychology are the framework of the beauty and wellness program. I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology in Education, concentration in spirituality, and mind-body practices from Columbia University.
My training and credentials also include being an Associate Certified Coach at the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach, Professionals Essential Graduate at Coach U, and Certified Association Talent Development (ATD) Instructional Designer.
